The motive of this project was to discuss the roles, regulations and responsibilities of a leader. This session also possessed the importance of the club, the roles, challenge and perks of being a president and secretary and how we can maintain the unity of the club.

One of the key missions of the Rotaract club of Kalimati Jamshedpur was to fulfill the apparent demand of care for human kind. To fulfill the same objective, the team in association with Rotary club of Jamshedpur Dalma had organized the mega scale cloth donation drive under the banner name of AASRA organized by District RID 3250 in Marine Drive basti on 27/11/2023.Through this project, we aspired to help in improving the lives of the underprivileged people with the resources and power that we possess.

On the occasion of Maha Parv Chhath Puja, the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur was able to outreach to 3000+ devotees the club provided raw milk for argya, packs of incense stick, tea,biscuits ,cookies etc. 20 rotaractors non rotaractors volunteered and executed the entire project successfully.

The Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur, visited the orphanage and celebrated the innocence and purity of kids. They had lots of fun by playing games, dancing, and fooling around with the little kids.To have a smile on their faces, chocolates, cakes, biscuits, and many more things were distributed and with necessary items like diapers, detergents, and room heater were provided.

We the members of Rotaract Club of Kalimati, Jamshedpur tried to give light to the community who are deprived of the gleam this festival holds. We celebrated this festival with the LGBTQ+ Community of Telco, Jamshedpur. The members actively took part in the event. From decorating the house with lights and diyas , making rangolis, bursting the crackers . The smile on their face made us realize that this was the best decision we could have ever made. We also distributed sweets and blankets among them.

The Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur donated "Baisakhi/Crutch" to a disabled man, who sits by the roadside of Paridih chowk, Club was super happy to see him walk again without any difficulty. We hope that now he will be at little ease while he walks.His new walk will always be a cherisable memory for the club members.

This Navratri/Durga Puja, the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur, had organized an event 'ANANDMAY' where they went to an Orphanage and distributed Flour, Frooti, Cerelac (upto 6- 10) and Washing Detergent.

The members of 'ROTARACT CLUB OF KALIMATI JAMSHEDPUR' went to Dimna lake for the cleanliness drive. They picked up the bottles plastics, etc and cleaned the area with the help of brooms. The members did their job very well and neatly. We hope people will acknowledge their efforts and start keeping their surroundings clean.

The Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur did a donation of Mosquito Killer Stick and Disinfectant powder Spraying drive in Bagunhatu Basti Area for the Arising Dengue Disease.

On the occasion of TEACHER’S DAY, RAC KALIMATI JAMSHEDPUR expressed their gratitude towards Rtn. SUMAN SARKAR Sir, Our Club Moderator under whose umbrella and blessing RAC KALIMATI JAMSHEDPUR has been achieving heights and success. We hope, we will have the same guidance and love he provides with care in the near future as well.

On the occasion of National Sports Day, Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur had organised Sports Day, at BAGUN HATU BASTI. 1OO number of participants took part in the same including all age groups.
