It is with great anticipation and pride that we introduce RTR Moushikha Singha as the District Rotaract Secretary for the year 2024-25 in RI District 3250. With Rotaract ingrained in her soul and service embedded in her heart, Moushikha epitomizes the spirit of Rotary and Rotaract, poised to guide us forward in the pursuit of service excellence.
Moushikha's journey within the Rotaract family is a testament to her unwavering dedication and leadership prowess. Having embarked on her Rotaract voyage in May 2018 as a member of the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur, she has since traversed through various roles, leaving an indelible mark at both club and district levels.
At the club level, Moushikha's ascent through the ranks is a reflection of her commitment and capability. From serving as the Joint Director of International Services in 2018-19 to assuming the mantle of Club President in 2021-22, her leadership journey has been marked by excellence and innovation. Under her presidency, the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur was honored with the prestigious Best Club Award in 2021-22, a testament to her visionary leadership and impactful initiatives.
Beyond the club realm, Moushikha's footprint extends to district-level leadership roles, where she has continued to demonstrate her prowess and passion for service. From spearheading initiatives as the WinS Chairperson in 2020-21 to serving as the Disaster Management Officer for Zone 4 in 2021-22, her contributions have been instrumental in advancing the district's service objectives. Currently, as the Zonal Rotaract Representative of Zone 4 for the tenure 2023-24, she continues to inspire and empower Rotaractors across the district.
In addition to her multifaceted leadership roles, Moushikha's commitment to personal and professional growth is underscored by her active participation in training and development programs. Having served as the Club Trainer of the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur in 2023-24, she has played a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of Rotaract leaders, imparting knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
