Nominations Open for Rotaract 3250 Annual Awards 2024-25: Honouring the Spirit of Creating Differences

Rotaract District 3250 is thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for the most anticipated recognition event of the year — the Annual Awards for Creating Differences 2024-25! This is your club’s chance to shine by showcasing impactful work and innovative projects carried out throughout the Rotaract year.

The Rotaract awards are designed to honour clubs that have demonstrated excellence, creativity, and commitment to service. With a simple 5-step nomination process, it’s never been easier to celebrate your club’s efforts and contributions to the community.

How to Nominate (In Just 5 Steps):

1. Login to the District Website using your Club, President, or Secretary account: https://rotaract3250.com

2. Click on 'Annual Award' from the Profile Menu.

3. Read the instructions carefully and click 'NOMINATE NOW'.

4. Fill out the form with all the required details.

5. Click Submit, and your nomination is complete!

Last date for submission: 10th May 2025

Rules & Guidelines for Rotaract Awards:

• Only Club Presidents or Secretaries can fill out the nomination form.

• Nominated projects must follow the District's monthly report compilation guidelines.

• Projects should have been executed between 1st July 2024 and 1st May 2025.

• Each club may nominate up to three projects per category.

• Projects like birthday celebrations, Mahadaan, casual gatherings, and regular meetings are not eligible.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in your entries – incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification.

• Final selections will be made at the discretion of the Award Selection Committee.

Clubs are encouraged to highlight initiatives that truly made a difference. Whether it was through community outreach, youth engagement, innovation, or sustainability, this is your moment to be recognised.
