He pursued his education at Vivekananda High School, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, before graduating in Information Technology from Karim City College, Jamshedpur. Furthering his academic pursuits, he obtained a postgraduate degree in social work from the Central University of Jharkhand.
RTR Rinku Kumar's journey in Rotaract commenced in 2014 when he joined as a general member of the Rotaract Club of Karim City College. Through his dedication and commitment, he ascended through various crucial roles, serving as sergeant-at-arms in 2014 and International Services Director in 2015. His leadership skills and passion for service were further exemplified when he assumed the role of Mahadaan Chairperson of Rotary International District 3250 in 2016. However, it was in 2017 that his journey reached new heights as he was honored with the prestigious role of President of the Rotaract Club of Karim City College.
