Rotaract Club of United Ranchi has taken up an initiative to educate women about mensuration in the areas that are underprivileged and has taken it upon themselves to not only educate them but also provide them with sanitary napkins every month to encourage menstrual health and hygiene and discourage the usage of cloth as a replacement for sanitary napkins.
A total of approx 250 pads are distributed each month.
